Africa is a continent rich in human resources, some of whom are highly skilled. However, it faces significant brain drain due to both unappealing conditions for practicing their expertise and inappropriate solicitations of their skills. Whether trained entirely or partially on the continent, or even abroad, these individuals remain essential drivers for the development of their countries and of Africa as a whole.
The NCCB is a versatile network of experts aimed at addressing developmental challenges. It comprises African experts from diverse backgrounds. Depending on their field of specialization, they are tasked with solving problems that arise as obstacles. Additionally, they evaluate, compare, and rank businesses, states, and agreements annually according to precise indicators, and their work culminates in a report. Moreover, based on specific indicators related to entrepreneurial activity and the areas studied, the network provides policymakers, investors, decision-makers, and development agents of all competencies with rational foundations for their activities. The goal is to create an annual report that serves as a guide for assessing the impact of development policies on the continent and their potential for integration.
The procedures for accessing such a network, which include the privilege of evaluating and ranking countries and businesses continent-wide, are naturally strict and rigorous.
